What you should bring to Camp
Camp Rules to follow
Activity Elective form - In order to get the elective activities during the beginning of the week at camp you need to fill this out and return to Orientation.
Internet Policy - The use of the campers use of the Internet
Special Activity form - In order for you child to participate in Archery, Canoeing, Ropes Course, Riflery, Swimming, or Water Rockets you must sign a release and return it to Orientation.
Parent Notification Letter - Policy in case of Emergency
Photo Release form - If you do/don't want your child photo promotional material
Health Form - Due June 10th - All campers must fill out the first and second page. Campers that are new or their physical is outdated must complete the whole form.
